DJ Snake, whose real name is William Sami Étienne Grigahcine, is a French DJ and record producer of Algerian descent. Born and raised in Paris, his journey began at the age of 14, where he started DJing in clubs.

He gained international fame with his 2013 single, “Turn Down for What,” and his most popular song, “Lean On,” a collaboration with Major Lazer and MØ, has amassed over 3.8 billion views on YouTube.
